RESOLUTION

Subject : Extension of the term of the National Commission on Enterprises in the Unorganized / Informal Sector.

The Government has constituted a National Commission on Enterprises in the Unorganized / Informal Sector under Resolution No. 5(2)/2004-ICC dated 20 September 2004.

2. It has now been decided to replace paragraph 5 of the above-mentioned resolution by the following:

“The term of the Commission will be for a period of three years with effect from 20 September 2004. Commission will periodically submit reports to the Government”.

3. The other terms and conditions in the Resolution dated 20 September 2004 will remain unchanged.
