RESOLUTION

Subject :  Change of name of National Commission on Enterprises in the Unorganised / Informal Sector to National Commission for Enterprises in the Unorganised Sector.

1.                  The Government has constituted a National Commission on Enterprises in the Unorganized/Informal Sector under Resolution No.5(2)/2004-ICC dated 20 September 2004.  The term of the Commission has been extended from one year to three years w.e.f. 20.9.2004 vide Resolution No.F-5(2)/2004-SSI(C) dated 10 February, 2005.

2.         The Government has now decided to rename the National Commission on Enterprises in the Unorganised /Informal Sector as "National Commission for Enterprises in the Unorganised Sector".
