RESOLUTION
Subject
: Constitution of a National Commission on Enterprises in the
Unorganized/Informal Sector – Appointment of Full time and Part time Members
and Member-Secretary of the Commission.
1.
The Government has constituted a National Commission on Enterprises in
the Unorganized/Informal Sector under Resolution No.5(2)/2004-ICC dated 20th
September 2004. The term of the
Commission has been extended from one year to three years w.e.f. 20.9.2004 vide
Resolution No.F-5(2)/2004-SSI(C) dated 10th February, 2005.
2.
Consequent upon the appointment of another full time and 2 part time
Members and Member-Secretary in the Commission, the constitution indicated in
para 2 of the Resolution dated 20th September 2004 would stand
modified. Therefore , para 2 of the
said Resolution stands replaced as follows :-
