RESOLUTION
Subject : Constitution of a National Commission on Enterprises in the
Unorganized/Informal Sector – Appointment of Full time and Part time Members
and Member-Secretary of the Commission.
1.
The Government has constituted a National Commission on Enterprises in
the Unorganized/Informal Sector under Resolution No.5(2)/2004-ICC dated 20
September 2004. The term of the Commission has been extended from one year to
three years w.e.f. 20.9.2004 vide Resolution No.F-5(2)/2004-SSI(C) dated 10
February, 2005.

Consequent upon the appointment of Dr. T.S. Papola as Part-time-Member in
the Commission, with effect from 6 April, 2005, the constitution indicated in
para 2 of the Resolution dated 24 March, 2005 would stand modified.
Therefore, para 2 of the said Resolution stands replaced as follows:-
