The President is pleased to appoint Dr. Arjun Sengupta as Chairman (in the rank of Cabinet Minister) of the National Commission on Enterprises for the Unorganized/Informal Sector under the Ministry of Small Scale Industries for a period of one year i.e. the tenure of the Commission, with effect from the afternoon of the 20^th September, 2004 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
